It seems like a lot of messages on this BBS are concerned with which of the big window companies are good. I am trying to do research on replacing a sliding patio door. All that my "Googling" has come up with is that Pella has the most and best options on their products, but for a very steep price. To have an internal blind system, choice of paint color, and hardware options, $4500 will give me exactly what I am looking for in a patio door. Otherwise I get a simple system for less than $2000 from Andersen, Marvin, Weathershield, etc.

Any help on other options/experiences would be most desirable. Thanks for the help.
