We are EnviroGroup,we perform advanced building performance diagnostics and indoor environmental investigations. We utilize high technology instrumentation in conjunction with building/construction and indoor environmental experience and knowledge to diagnose, document and make recommendations for repairs due to building construction defects, water/moisture damage, mold and/or bacteria contaminations etc.

We are currently involved (4 months) in diagnostics of MW Windows (Unity series-double hung and fixed); we have diagnosed and documented the difficulties and are now monitoring the manufacturer's "repairs" and post repair testing for our client.

We can technically and scientifically document your claims for poor building envelope performance (example: windows and proper installation) and provide technical support for arbitration and/or litigation.

most window problems are due to poor installation. This is most common with new construction. Builders just slap stuff together and don't care, they have their own way of doing things. So if you're getting a new home built you better do your homework when choosing a builder or contractor. Every-once-in-a-while it is the windows themselves. I have found that for the most part it is the installation. So home owners and buyers take heed with new windows. You better make sure somebody who knows what they're doing is installing the windows or doors. The best windows in the world can be the worst when installed wrong.
