I built my deck with these screws about 4 years ago. I used Smart Deck lumber, which is a Trex-like product. These screws have a life time warranty not to rust. Almost 90% of my screws have rusted and look horrible. But I cannot find a website where I can place my complaint and get some sort of restitution.
Please let me know if any one else has had this same issue and how you resolved it.

I now have the same issue. All 3 of my decks and rails have the screws rusted and heads are falling off. I also certainly didn't save receipts from home depot so I have no idea of any recourse. The link above looks like just an online source which had nothing to do with my purchase. Any suggestions.
