The machine will wash and rinse but it seems that the timer stops when it should drain and spin.
I have blown back through the drain with my mouth and can hear bubbles in the tub of water so I assume the drain is not clogged.
Could it be the lid switch? If so, is there a way to access the lid switch with a tub full of water? I guess I could try to "jumper" the switch to verify it is the culpret.
But, how does the tub drain? I could not tell by looking at the schematic. Is it by pump or valve? Could'nt find either on the schematic.
Please help!

That should be the only thing that could affect operation of the timer at that specific point in the cycle. It is a safety device so the machine doesn't spin while the lid is open.

It might be possible. You can see the lid switch for your model and read about servicing it at the following links:

** how does the tub drain? **
Via a pump mounted on the motor.
