I have seen pictures of decks in magazines that have decorative tapered round wraps for the posts of a deck, however I cannot find anyone that sells these. Can anyone advise as to where I can locate and purchase these for a deck that I am building in the next two months. I will be using 6X6 Treated wood posts and would like to wrap them with some type of column wrap that can be painted and is maintenace free. I have searched the internet, however I cannot find the decorative wraps and none of the companies that I have contacted have responded to my contact information and or emails.

If anyone knows where these Decorative wraps can be purchased, please advise.

we have done that kind of work before. we machined up some cedar with flutes ( because that is what they wanted) we also machined up the crown moulding and several other trim pieces out of cedar to accent the columns. where are you located and can you send me a picture of what you want.

My email address is charles_w_judd@keane.com. I am located in Independence, Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati, Ohio.

I will try and find a picture of what I am looking for and email it to you if you can provide me with an email address. If nothing else, I will scan a picture out of a book that I have and email that to you.

Thank you for your response, please email me directly when you have a moment.

Respectfully,

Charles Judd
