So glad to have found this site. I have this lovely toilet, although someone has messed with the flush mechanism having turned the handle rather than pushing the button & seems to have broken a spring. Plumber says parts are not available & I need a new toilet.

I have it working, if not well, & will try to get a replacement part through Ceralux or Eljer. I also want a replacement seat, as the present one has steaked badly from cleaning sprays I will varathane a new one to avoid the streaking. Any other suggestions re: replacement parts would be welcomed.

hi i put a new toilet in ( told u i was funny about past users) but still have the old one, is your flush a square button type?, post your e mail address and if its the right flush i'll send you mine

The flush button( chrome) and lever arm assembly look identical to those shown on the Eljer website for their Savannah toilet. I sure do appreciate your offer to send that part to me. Let me check tomorrow with my local Plumbing Mart store to see if the parts are available through them.If I get shut out there I will take you up on your offer.... but will that not make your toilet useless???

I searched for months to find this seat. I purchased one at 'Plumbing Centre' in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, 905-560-0061, $68.00 (CDN) + taxes.

Thanks for the suggestion. I also found a seat. Had the Burlington, Ontario Plumbing Mart bring in an Eijer 'Savannah " seat & it fits perfectly. They also brought in a "flush push mechanism" which also fit . I actually bought 2 seats, despite the expense, because of the unique design, as I will be really out of luck if they decide to discontinue them. Now if I can just get my guests to push the flush rather than turn it.......

I just moved into my first home and want a new toilet seat, the toilet says incepa with no other information the toilet seat is very square and i havent seen anything like it in any hardware store. Can someone point me to where i could find a seat for this in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada i posted a picture hopefully that will help, thanks

You can go to the Eljer website and check out their "Emblem" seat. It looks similar to your picture. Their Savannah model seat fit my Incepa Hampton Victoria model. Plumbing Mart brought it in from Eljer on a special order & I would not have had to keep it if it did not fit.

Otherwise go to www.ceralux.com who are an Ontario Company that sell the Incepa toilets. They will sell you parts & I would have used them but had already ordered through my local Plumbing Mart by the time I found them. They have pics of all their toilets & a link on their website to contact them. Good luck!
