I have a Whirlpool dishwasher and have a leak under the sink when it drains. I've checked both pipes for clogging, but have found nothing. It drains (leaks) from what I think is the backflow (sits next to the faucet)? It was also leaking at the top of the pipe. A housing inspector told me to run the garbage disposal for five minutes or so but that didn't do the trick either. Any suggestions to fix?

Thanks!

That's funny as I am in the process of going to court against a house inspector who over looked gas and plumbing code violations and failed to notice friable asbestos and a gas appliance missing the flue pipe and the boilers breeching totally corroded ou.

I honestly believe your better off hiring a licensed electrician to check the electric and a LMP to check the plumbing and a roofer in case you need to have the roof checked.
