how do you fix a jacuzzi that won't turn off? Pushing the button does not work. It's stuck.

Kolher has a plug the connects the switch to the motor. This leaves the factory plugged in but it can come loose. When this happens and the tub is already installed it can not easily be accessed. Furthurmore they do not recommend an access panel to the installer so a 10,000 jacuzzi is not functioning and the manufacturer doesn't take responsibility for its inadequate instructional manual. The jacuzzi. Is iron and at the time of,installation the site is very rocky and there is not access to water or electrical so it cannot be "tested" at that time. Especially when any problems it is assumed would be correctable by the traditional access panel. I am very sorry I purchased this product.
The quality is not as refined as the European faucets which function and look better.
