I have an olsan furnace from 1990. The fan turns on, the pilot lights but it is not consistanly starting burners. I have replaced the flame ignitor censor, gas valve, fan limit switch and tubing. Is there anything else I can check or replace. The furnace will light and work for a while (usually 12-26 hours max) then it will not ignite the burners again. I am frusterated and out of ideas. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have an Olsan Duomatic, Model: HMS2 1090; Serial number: 17781HSKNU

My newest theory is that the problem is either the orange wire that goes to the flame ignition or the box that it connects too. When the flame comes on it is only staying on for 1 to 2 seconds. I don't think its enough to heat up the sensor. Does anyone know if they sell just the orange wire?

If a furnace picture would help, let me know I will take one and post it.
