Always Clean Furnace Air Filter

My parent's furnace air filter is NEVER dirty--it is always clean. Also, their house is frigidly cold in the winter months. Their furnace has a blower on it. Does anyone know why this is?

The furnace is a Gibson 60,000 BTU Model # KG6RC-060C-1ZA.

Serial Number: KGD050504523

Their home is about 1700 sq. ft.

I don't understand what you are trying to find out. Are you experiencing difficulty with the furnace?

If you are looking at replacing the heater, there are many Designer radiators that will fit right into your home easily and also energy efficient. I had the same problem a while ago but I decided to just replace them with proper radiators.
