I have a couple of spots under windows where the plaster is flaking off. The leaks were, I believe, from lack of caulking by prior owner. I have caulked the window. What is the best way to repair the plaster? My second question is: Is is possible that the heat register, blowing up towards the window, could be causing condensation leading to this damage?
