Hello,
We have new, unfinished pine cabinet doors.
I spray-painted white primer on them, then coated with two coats of acrylic latex, blue satin paint.
Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to scrape the paint and see the the white primer below.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Steve

There are two things that may bre going on.
First all latex/acrylic paints take at least 30 days to cure out and get to their full hardness.
Second you need to use a semi-gloss or gloss paint on cabinets to take the abuse that they are going to get. It can still be acylic but it needs to be one that is resistant to blocking, which means it dries harder than a regular acrylic.
Hope this helps out.
