Hi, need some suggestions. Here's my situation:

Wall has a border I put up a year ago. Under the border is primer I painted over an older border that is approx 2-4 years old. So, I want to remove both borders and then paint the wall a new color. I've heard about a vinegar and water solution that removes borders easily. Would this work for my situation? Or, anyone have other suggestions to easily remove the borders?

Thanks!

You will need to get a paper tiger to punch small holes in the border with the primer over it so that the remover will be able to et to the adhesive. You can find these at paint stores. I would get the DIF gel as it is thicker and will cling to the border and stay wet longer to aid in removal.
