I recently move into a home that has ceramic tile around the pool area. The problem is that the tile is very slippery when wet. I would like to know if there is a fix for this without having to remove the tile.

There are treatments available for tile that will increase the wet coefficient of friction (COF) and make the tile much safer when wet, usually without altering the appearance at all. My company, SkidFree, is in business with the sole mission of making walking surfaces of any kind safer wet or dry.
Most of our business is from those homeowners and businesses who, like yourself, have problems with tile that is dangerous when it's wet. This process should be done by professionals, as the chemicals used can be very dangerous if not handled properly, and can also ruin the appearance of the tile.
