My home has a poured concrete foundation and is 20 years old. Every now and then during a heavy storm I will get a small leak through a patch in the foundation wall... maybe a tablespoon of water at most. Ignored it until now that I am finishing the basement. Every foot in the wall are patch marks where I think bracing held the original concrete forms. These patches appear uniformly across the wall... about every 2 feet on the horizontal, and 5 feet vertically. What can I do about this since I need to cover this wall with wallboard?

Any advice welcomed!

The easiest fix is a urethane injection. You will need a professional to perform this for you.
