Your humidity level is too high in your house/attic. You need better ventilation. Make sure you have and use exhaust fan in bathroom/kitchen. You also may want to look into adding additional ventilation in your attic.

After 2 winters of high heating bills, I finally convinced my maintenance people to replace my windows. I live in a senior apartment in New Jersey. Since the windows were replaced, I have noticed heavy condensation between the window panels in the a.m. The result is dirty windows. It also raises the question of whether the windows are sealed properly and am I paying more to cool the apartment. Also, will this affect my heating the apartment in the winter? Thank you for any help you can give..

Most utility companies will do a free energy analysis for their customers. Contact them and ask. If you get a guy who knows his stuff, he'll figure it out in one short visit.
