I live in long beach, Ca in a house that was built in 1952 and I have high humidity in the house. Details of house; attic with blown in insulation, no insulation in outside walls, outside of house is covered with vinyl siding and under is stucco with no plywood and no vapor barrier, button hole plaster on walls, wood floors, 18 inch crawl space with no vapor barrier or insulation on sub floor. What do you recommend to do that will make the most impact in the humidity levels for the money.

I would suggest a dehumidifier. This would the less expensive and less intrusive.
Take care
