We are wanting to put new floor trim around the floor of our kitchen cabinets. This will run into a wall trim that doesn't match what we are putting in. How do we but it up against the old trim when its a different design?

Hi there
Little tough to figure out without seeing, but here goes.
Normally, door trim is usually a quarter inch or so thicker than base molding,
If this is the case, the base can cut on at 90 degrees and butt tight to door trim
Hopefully this helps
