Basement has standing water and not drained for the winter
My wife and I are interested in an empty ranch home in New England that has at least 2 feet of standing water in the basement from a pipe that burst last winter. The home has been on the market for over a year and I'm assuming that it happened last year, but we are not interested in purchasing until Spring. We expect the house itself to be a tear down, but can the foundation be saved? Or is the foundation a tear down as well?
