We recently moved and a couple weeks ago I noticed one of the bedroom ceiling lights were flickering I turned it off then back on and it was fine. Today while using the bathroom (same fuse as bedroom) the lights were flickering and went out. Everything on that fuse isn't working. Back story...We bought a townhouse/condo and a day or two before closing the roof started leaking in a different bedroom(separate fuse) the condo board fixed the roof but has yet to fix to ceiling where the damage is. What I was wondering is would the water damage have anything to do with the flickering lights and the blown fuse or what might the problem be?

Your neutral wires (white) are probably loose in the fuse panel! Turn off the main power switch and tighten the screws holding the wires! Hopefully they haven’t arched bad enough to burn them off!
