Hello, I have a butcher block table (2.5' x 5') that has a trestle base. I live in a large, old apartment building in Brooklyn, NY and my table is right next to a radiator. I have no control over the heat in my apartment; building management has sole control over it and since I'm on the 5th of 23 floors, it can get really hot in here when the heat is cranking. I leave a pot of water on the radiator just so it doesn't get unbearably dry.

I've just started my third year in this apartment and I've noticed that my table wobbles in winter and is perfectly stable in summer. All of the bolts in the table appear to be tight and I don't see any cracks in it. I'd like to stop the table from wobbling but I have no idea where to start. If you can help out with suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
