I have a garage, which has one wall that sits below grade. Looking at it, there is a small amount of water that leaks through at the floor/wall joint. It's not a huge amount of water - maybe a quart after a few days of heavy rain, and it tends to puddle in the corner, so I'm not looking to spend a fortune on a drain system or digging up the outside wall and waterproofing. Both of which quotes were $2500+. The crack is microscopic, so was thinking about applying a thin layer of silicone and seeing if that fixes things. Also, saw that there is some cement out there that expands and seals, but I'm not really sure what the cement would go into, since the crack(s) are really not visible. Any thoughts on next steps would be wonderful.
