I would like the Euro-style cabinet doors in my kitchen. I have gotten conflicting opinions about the best quality door front.

Given that solid wood is not okay due to warping, I assume a plywood--furniture grade veneer would be best. I've been told that a veneer w/MDF as the substrate (?) is the best, however. (Staying away form particle board or fiber board)

Opinions?

Sharon, As a cabinetmaker of 16 years, I prefer hardwood plywood vs. MDF (medium density fibercore). The veneer on plywood is generally thicker, plywood is lighter in weight, and less likely to distort in my experience. Good Luck, Pine Belonka
