Question- I have the standard Delta faucet on a new sink- faucet and sink are 2 yrs old. I have taken the facuet handles off and tighten everything up, but the darn thing still drips. Think the washers may be shot? How the heck do I stop this thing from dripping?

Buy a Delta repair kit for your faucet. The most common repair is to remove and replace the springs and seats. However the O rings do go bad, causing leaks from the swing spout. This is fairly EZ for the do it your selfer's. You can also completely overhaul a single lever Delta faucet, by purchasing the complete kit. The kit will contain a new ball, springs, seats, O rings, and retaining gaskets.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll give it a try and let you know. And yes, the drip is coming right from the swing spout. Drip, Drip, Drip right into the stainless steel sink...driving me nuts.
