We have a new manufactured home and just had the company come out and look. When we're sitting around in the evening with just a couple lights on, if the A/C or the heat kicks on, all the lights dim. Or if we run the microwave, it dims and the microwave sounds like its running a lower power.

They checked and could find nothing inside. Now the power company came and said it definitely lowered our power so they are replacing the transformer (assuming maybe it wasn't large enough) Any other suggestions on what to look for? Just in case that doesn't do it

Have the power company pull your meter out and check the termination points. Make sure that there are no burned wires or terminations in the can. You may also want to call the manufacturer of the home and have them tighten all the terminations in your panels as well. If they haven't done so already. A slight one second or two of lights dimming is normal when the AC comes on, so if they fix it and this is the end result don't worry.
