I'm putting asphalt shingles on my new shed and I am not sure how to finish the last row. The roof is flat with a pitch front to back. I'm down to the last row at the top of the pitch, but not sure how to cover the nail holes or exactly what to do. Any ideas?

I admit that I am entirely confused. No shingles should be applied to a flat roof. There should always be a pitch of 3/12 minimum.
You describne applying to a flat roof and then say that it is pitched.

Something tells me this is a shed style roof with a pitch and not a flat roof.

if so. you run next to last row of shingles up to cut overhang. Then apply the eave edge over it. Then apply the last row of shingles cut to fit and set in a bed of roof cement or caulk with nails caulked over the heads - just a little dab.
