putting on shingles ashphalt

I need help.

I need to instal shingles and i need step by step instructions. Also do I need to install the facia before the shingles or can I do it after. Please help asap

I live where it gets very cold

fascia first, then metal drip edge, then shingling.

Every shingle manufacturer has detailed installation instructions on the shingle wrapper. You could also use Google to find same in PDF format from manufacturers sites online.
