I am using citristrip stripping gel to strip peeling paint off of my aluminum framed windows. I tried the stripper on a small area to make sure it worked and it works very well, but I'm afraid that the rubber weather stripping, which can not be removed without ruining it, as well as the paint on the stucco wall will be damaged by the stripper. Do you know if blue painters tape will work to mask off the areas I do not want the stripper to affect? If not, do you know of a way I can mask it off?
