So in response to your fence stain problem Mo I'm not sure what product will get rid of the existing water stains. We are in the North Texas Dallas area and the fence water stains is a big problem. The arch stains from sprinklers appear shortly after the fence is built and even after it is stained. There is a new product called Sprinkler Shield that diverts water away from fences. It installs behind existing sprinkler heads that spray behind the sprinkler and stain or damage property such as fences, walls, windows and personal property such as cars or electrical equipment. I guess an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I have had my shields in place now for over a year and have not seen my fence stains re appear. Installation was simple.
No tools required. They have in ground units as well as riser snap units and corner units.
