In 2005 had Mercier flooring installed in new home first floor, family room, dining room, kitchen, office, foyer and formal living room. I have provided good care for my floor not pets in the home or kids. Humidity in the home is always at a constant 70 degrees. I vacuum often and never allow any abrasives to touch the floor. After a few years called Mercier and expressed concerns of floor cracking along grain and peeling. The rep.from Mercier inspection the floor and told me nothing was wrong with the floor. My assessment of the rep. was he was going through the motions yet having already made up his mind prior to inspecting my floor. I found him to be a bit obnoxious. It has been a few more years since Mercier rep. inspected my floor. Now the floor has more cracks along the grain and peeling where the cracks are. At this point I wish a class Action law suit would be filed given many of us have the same problem and the floor was suppose to be a very good floor. I paid extra to up grade my floor to a Mercier floor.
