i have the most gorgeous 1897 dutch colonial with victorian interior. It is in a small part of northern vermont. I need to move for several reasons, but this is not a in demand area. My house has the mostincredible woodwork. Cornice, paneling, moldings, beaded woodwork. the house is amazing. Five fireplaces, with italian tile, and the most beautiful mantles, with cornice, and birdseye maple. so many birdseye maple doors, and leaded glass, and thirteen rooms of the most fabulous wood floors. built by a very wealthy person in the 1900's, this is top quality everything. i'd like to sell the parts of the house for renovations and buildings. it's worth more that way and will be put to better use. does anyone know who buys that kind of item and who i could talk to. I saw Bob v. talking in an interview about remodeling a brownstone in Victorian and how much high quality is worth, and knew that this was the way to go. any suggestions will be appreciated. this is the kind of interior you'd see in manor houses in England. Thanks, Shelley
