After receiving a $6000.00 estimate to bead board my bedroom ceiling, I'm looking for a less expensive alternative solution to covering up the terrible "stucco" the previous owner used to cover his mistakes with. I see that Armstrong makes a laminate planking for ceilings and, although I have not yet had the opportunity to price yet, I was wondering if any one has used it and if they can tell me what they like and/or don't like about it.
