I happen to like Delta as I find they are easy to disassemble and repair Moen sometimes the cartridge is hard to remove and Moen did have a by pass problem.

Delta when ever I needed replacement parts there was never any problem getting parts.

Paul, I have received one reply which indicated that You remove the center cap to expose the screw that secures the handle. That sounds good to me. The faucet is on a town house that my grandaughter lives in and I wanted to do a litle research befor making the trip to her place to fix it. The unit has a spare bath so I'm in no hurry. RE your problem, my expierence is that both of these names are good. I used Delta Kitchen and bath fixtures in my house I built and lived in for 50 years. I found that Delta parts were redily available for repair and I have had good expierence with them. I recently built a new house and the plumber perfered Moen which I now have. Jack who are things in Myrtle Beach? I've been to Myrtle Beach (Surfside Beach) many times and always loved it there.
