Ashland KY- I've gotten bids on three systems: 1) York Diamond Delux Furnace and Olympian AC-Furnace has 2 speed motor-3Ton Unit at 12-Seer. (is this a 2 Stage Furnace?) Price=$4400. Carrier 9200 58MXA and AC system Price=$3800 (3Ton 12 Seer)and a Lennox G51 Furance and Lennox HS29 AC 3Ton 12 Seer system Price=$3900. The Lennox has the 10yr Warr on Compressors as compared to 5yr on York and Carrier. I've heard some bad reports on Lennox, good about Carrier and nothing on York. I don't think the Lennox or the Carriers are two stage furnaces, or are they? I'm leaning toward the York, based on the two speed motor...our house is 1400sft 1 1/2 stry older capecod. new windows and siding past year.Present Gas furnace is a Bryant and I've had no problems with it, but its 30yrs old...time for more efficencey..any advice between these is appreciated...thanks ..

The choice came between Carrier and York and I'm gonna go with York..the service and warranty look much better. The York is actually more expensive, but from what I've researched York looks to be the one for us..thanks any way for help...
