Check the water pressure in the boiler. It should be 15-20 pounds PSI Is there 2 pumps or 2 zone valves and 1 pump I'm assuming two pumps If there the big red ones B&G check to make sure they come on, and the couplings are tight. If there the little green ones, listen to the pump with an ear or stethoscope for a whirrrrrr. Make sure all switches are on too. C.
