Wire box has three switches. One going to track lighting that I took out. And a dimmer switch going to the ceiling fan for the light. And a regular switch going to it for the fan. The ceiling fan has a Green, a white and a black wire comeing out of it. I'm assuming the main wire source to the wire box is not grounded hince there isnt a green wire. I was takeing out the track lighting and updating the switches and got the wires mixed up...

The part I am lost at is, there is not a blue wire coming from the fan for the light. Do I connect the white wire coming from the fan to the switch that controls the light, and then down to the main wire source? And what do I do with the green wire? It was connected before I took this all apart... Help I'm lost..

From the fan, the green wire is a ground -- simply connect it to a green or bare wire if there is one, else connect it to the metal box. That might be grounded thru BX cable or something. Even if it isn't, connecting the green wire here won't hurt.

If this was previously wired so that the light and fan were on different switches, then there must be more wires from the fan than you say. Check again. Also, how many wires go from the set of switches up to the fan box?

Normally, the white & black would be the power (neutral and hot) for the fan. All the whites should connect together. Then the black wire would be connected to the hot wire from a switch, to turn on either the fan or the light. You could check by running an extension cord from an outlet, and connecting the white & black wires to it, and seeing what comes on -- the fan or the light. Most likely it's the light since it's a black wire; normal coloring would have a blue wire for the fan motor.

The fan has another wire for the light. It might not be blue. Sometimes they are black with white stripe or red.
