We just purchased sliding mirror doors to open up a closet. Our home was built around 1918. We also plan to redo the hardwood floor. Our problem is that we measured and cut out the existing door and put a header up. Once we had the header up, we noticed it is 1 1/2 inches longer on one end verses the other end. With having to put a track in for the doors, how do we fix the floor being it is so uneven that the whole thing won't sit lopsided or see a big difference by the track on the floor.
