We have quite bothersome traffic noise here. We are currently replacing our our older low-E argon units with smaller, glider style, low-E argon windows which have helped a little. It's not enough! We are planning to add a 2nd outer(storm)window of laminated glazing. If that isn't enough what else can we do?

-I'm thinking of sound attenuation drapery. Any info or experience on how well that works??

-Also, what about "white noise devices"??

Appreciate any suggestions!
