Hessco Passport Ensemble jacuzzi power switch
I have a 22 year old Hessco Passport Ensemble jacuzzi whose on & off switch is not working. I have to trip the breaker to get it to turn off, it's stuck in the on mode. This switch works when the water level reaches a little round sensor located 10" from the bottom. Once the water level reaches that sensor then you touch the switch located on the opposite side with your hands wet to activate the water flow. By touching the switch again it will turn off the water flow, and so on. That switch no longer senses the touch and is stuck in the on mode. How can I solve this problem and where can I get the parts needed?
How weird! Three days ago my 22-year old Hessco Passport Ensemble Delfina 1 jacuzzi developed exactly those symptoms, and the breaker is now its off-on switch. I still have the manual, whose troubleshooting guide says that this is a crossed-wires problem. If that doesn't pan out, the whole control unit will need replacing. We shall see....
Spa Tec has the controller if needed. They also offer repair to control boxes, ship it to them with $55.00 for a bench test and they contact you with a repair estimate. Here's the link http://www.spatecservice.com/hessco-passport-ensemble.html
i just moved into a unit with a Passport Ensemble Jacuzzi tub. I take a regular bath and the jets just came on. I don't know how to turn the jets on and off. Can you tell where the on/off switch is for this tub?
