I'm trying to figure out why my sump has started running every few seconds. I've really never paid much attention to it, so I'm not even really sure what im looking at. So, 1st question is, what are the three drains emptying into the crock? I'm assuming the two black ones are the drain tiles. Not sure what the large white one is. Any thoughts? Im getting water in under the black drains on the right, why would that be? The ground is covered in snow, and nothing is melting at the moment...

I'd appreciate any advice!

So it wasn't running often before? Water under the black pipes, could be from a broken water pipe? You may want to check the sump discharge pipe make sure it is discharging the water far enough from the houseand and it is not just recycling the water.
Hope that helps
