I recently purchased a condo only to find that there is a crack in the tub/shower. The previous owner attempted to repair it but it is still an issue as some of the material has deteriorated exposing the crack. It is rather long with part of it appearing just a hairline but where the patch was done the tub obviously dips when you stand on/near it. Is it possible to patch it again or is it a mandatory replacement? If replacing is the only option, how can I do so? The bathroom is rather small and I can't imagine moving any part of the shower/tub without taking out the toilet, vanity, and everything else. Help!
