The floor in my garage has multiple cracks in it but my real concern is all of these spots of different colors and shapes have come to the surface. No water puddles or effervescence, some stains are red some are rust color, then there are black dots that get bigger around and some that are 4 or 5 feet long (looks like a stringy tree root) my house is part of a watershed, we have had foundation work done, 16 piers around perimeter of house, the front part of my driveway closest to the street is sinking on one side. Surface drain like a house shoe that drains to the street. Gutters and downspouts were installed, we still have issues of water not draining. I don’t know if I should call a plumber or a concrete contractor or stick a for sale sign it,
There is a tree on the garage side of the house that is obviously grown under neath my house, however it is not on my side of the fence. Taking suggestions
