Are there specialized cutting tools/methods for getting clean cuts through aluminum, without leaving burrs or deformations?

I once saw a guy score it with a good heavy knife and then flex it. It snapped off clean. This was for straight cuts.

It depends on what type of cut and how thick it is. I have tried the score and snap using a carbide Formica cutting knife. On thicker stuff for straight cuts I just use a carbide tipped power saw. Then it just takes a light stroke with a file to take the edge off.
