Hello, So basically about a month ago I had to replace all three of the toilet fill valves in the house as they were all making noises. Furthermore, I now have noticed that after I flush the water rises up just fine, but after a few seconds, the water drains a few inches in the toilet bowl, but not all the way. And this happens to all three toilets in the house, one is on the first floor, two are on the top.

Furthermore, the fill valves I replaced were the same brand and height as the old ones were and the fill valves were anti-siphon. Also, there is not much gurgling or anything, it flushes just fine, it's just that all three toilets slowly drain in the bowl a few inches after they fill up. The water in the tank seems to be the same, it's just the bowl.

Could this be a clogged vent or something, but the issue is with all three toilets, hence would replacing the flapper's work as well?

Please Help thanks
