Had my roof replaced in 2019 and it's leaking again. Reported it to the insurance company who stated that it was not weather related. Contacted the 2019 contractor who is saying it's because my chimney needs to be tuckpointed. How can I resolve this situation? There are cracks in the chimney, however the contractor from 2019 did not include this in his report to the insurance company. I don't trust anyone but Bob Vila and I'm sure you can't come an inspect my roof...can you?
