Is there any way to "paint" the heating element of a drip coffee machine? The black coloring is wearing off of mine.
Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. If whatever coffee maker you have uses a cast iron element, the 'dressing' (like shoe polish) at the following link could be used to 'darken it up' again.
- Collo Electrol Euro-Style Solid Element Dressing

Otherwise, replacing the element (or replacing the whole unit) would likely be the route you'd have to go if you wanted to correct its appearance. Depending on the make and model of the coffee maker, replacement parts may be able to be ordered from this company.
