I was thinking of putting up tongue and groove pine board. IS there anything cheaper that will look good In my livingroom. I need to hide the wall that are there now, whoever put up drywall didn't do it right you can see all the seams and I really need to hide it. I stuccoed it but I hate the stucco. And I don't like paneling that looks to ugly also.. Any help would be great..

I just finished my basement in pine shiplap which costs 5.56 per 1x8x8 board at Home Depot. An average living room would probably run 400-500 dollars in materials. I bought 10 boards a week until completion. I don't know if you could be that patient with a living room.
