When we went on vacation I turned the hot water heater way down and restored the setting when we returned three weeks later. Now we have milky white hot water. When you fill a pot for example, the water is milk white for 15 to 30 seconds and then clears up. I know it is from very tiny bubbles - but where did they come from? and how to get rid of them?
