Can I plumb a sink drain into the vent for the toilet?

Dictates how and where a sink is vented. Some codes do not allow a fixture ahead of the toilet without a seperate vent. You may be able to cut in a sanitary Tee on the vent stack, but check with the plumbing code 1st.
