My furnace is continiously running. The a/c appears to be cooling. It's been too hot lately so I haven't checked the heating. The thermostat is set on 72 degrees and appears to be operting fine, however the motor (or blower, I don't know which one it is) seems to run all the time. Can anyone please explain the problem to me?

Thanks!

HKestenholz,

Thanks for the suggestions!

I can eliminate #1 immdediately, it's in the auto position.

Regarding the fan/limit switch buttons, can you tell me where to find these? I have a Janitrol Model #GMPN040-3.

FYI, I learned today that my wife inadvertantly threw the switch in the breaker box for the furnace when she was trying to find the switch for the outlets in the bathroom? Would this have anything to do with it?

Thanks!
